Over four months, in an inspiring group, FYVFYL will help you discover your freest, most authentic voice, and subsequently, your freest, most authentic life.
Here’s how…
Month one will be an exploration of the voice in the body. Specifically, you will learn what it means to coordinate your voice well to make sounds that are free and easy. You will also get acquainted with vocal function, registration, posture and breathing. Through this, you’ll learn why freeing your voice in your body unlocks areas of your life that are also stuck.You’ll also find out how embodied singing can be a game changer for getting opening up new channels of expression.
Month two will focus on creating new neuropathways through singing and sound. You will learn to integrate your embodied practices with the voice by expanding your awareness through mindfulness and singing. You will explore meditation and vocalizing techniques that will allow you to better connect the dots between your voice and the whole of your life.
Month three is all about play! With a heavy focus on improvisational singing, you will learn exercises and tools that will allow you to fully explore the new sounds you’ve begun to make. You will be given the framework to use your voice as a tool to move beyond fear and into curiosity in freedom. Ultimately, you’ll discover that playful singing can be an essential tool in new creation.
Month four is when all of the pieces come together! This is when you’ll learn how to finally let go of the inhibitions and fear that have been holding you back. You’ll be provided with opportunities to practice sharing your free voice with others and be guided down the path of planning for your creative, singing future.
But not only that! In addition to this invaluable group work, you’ll get your very own private coaching session with Davin.
As an added bonus, you’ll get direct feedback on your voice from Davin. He’ll identify functional limitations in your voice and he’ll give you a direct path toward more vocal freedom and ease. In addition, he’ll help you connect the dots between what’s going on in your voice and how it might be limiting your creative expression throughout the whole of your life. (This session may be recorded for lifetime reference.)

What kind of singing skills do I need to be a part of this program?
You just need an willing mind and an open heart. If you’re inexperienced with your voice, that’s totally cool! You may be asked to do some things that feel like a stretch, but you will be handled with compassion and care. You won’t be asked to do anything you can’t do and everything you do will be expertly guided.
What if I can’t attend the Saturday group coaching sessions?
While you will have access to the recordings of each session after it happens, your are highly encouraged to be at as many sessions as possible. First and foremost, consistency contributes to creating a safe space in the group for real growth and development. But secondarily, each session will include the possibility of individual spot coaching with Davin, so if you miss, you may miss the opportunity to get direct feedback on your voice.
I have been a coaching client in the past or I am currently a coaching client, is this program for me, too?
Yes! Think of this as an opportunity to take your voice work out of the vacuum. This is a completely different approach that centers your voice in community and emphasizes elements of learning together which can and will accelerate your journey. Do you offer refunds?
Since this is a live program there will be no refunds. Simply put, this program is for people who are all in and who are committed to their voice journey (even if it feels kind of scary.) This is a worthwhile investment that will reveal itself fully having seen it all the way through.
How long do I have access to FYVFYL content?
All of the group coaching recordings and supplemental materials will be available for one year after the completion of the program. The WhatsApp group will continue as long as the members are active.
