Then, let me introduce you to the Free Your Voice Meditation Series. Each of these guided meditations and accompanying soundscapes (created only with my voice!) will move you toward a more compassionate, less judgmental relationship with your voice and help you uncover and discover the healing power of your unique sound.

 

No. 1 Letting Go of Constriction

In this meditation you will use mindfulness and somatic awareness to release the physical and emotional constriction that may be inhibiting your unique sound. The practice is accompanied by a truly unique soundscape of my voice, created with the intention of holding you compassionately on your journey.

 
 
 

No. 2 Listening to Your Voice

In this second meditation we will focus on listening to your voice without judgement. Noticing the quality of the sound and how it feels in your body as a means of reorienting your relationship with your voice toward generosity and compassion.

 
 
 

No. 3 Singing for Joy

This is the final practice! In this meditation we will focus on moving toward the inevitable outcome of using your voice: JOY. Accompanied by music made with only my voice, you’ll get into your breath and body, and then practice free form, mindful, playful, expression. A true exploration of the most essential instrument: your voice.
